This is the first installment from the “I Get Around” photos series. IGA is a passion project of mine that looks at the ways people travel to get from A to B. It’s a celebration of human innovation up to now. The title is inspired by 2Pac’s hit song “I Get Around”

There are two rides no one wants to take: the final ride or that ride to the iron hotel. I caught this image on a whim while trying to photograph something else. Something I find interesting about the jail/prison bus is that it resembles a school bus! Ain’t that something?
